Requirements
- Hands-on experience with application management tools like TFS, JIRA, ServiceNOW and related platforms.
- Experience fixing minor defects and debugging applications.
- Experience in incident management and escalation to relevant teams (Development, Dev Ops, Networking, etc.).
- Mentoring new associates and providing guidance on the onboarding process.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3+ years experience. Familiarity with MS tools and SQL Server. Excellent communication skills
