The candidate will be a contributor on the ServiceNow Product Team to support planning, execute, and operate ServiceNow and other enterprise technologies. The Software Engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the enterprise through education of platform development best practice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience in IT
- 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps and/or GRC/IRM modules) or similar platforms
- 3+ years performing data management activities
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT systems design
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps methodologies
- Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to write clean, bug-free code that is easy to understand and easily maintainable
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
