Senior Automation Engineer, AIOps

The role involves leading the design and development of automation solutions using IPcenter and IPautomata modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with relevant technologies
• Experience leading automation in large-scale IT infrastructure environments
• Deep knowledge of IPcenter, IPautomata, and automation frameworks
• Strong skills in Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and system scripting
• Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and RESTful API development
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef)
• Exposure to cognitive automation is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Flexible mindset with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
