The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst will lead and execute comprehensive testing processes for configurations within the QNXT environment. This role collaborates with the configuration team to resolve issues while ensuring root causes are addressed in alignment with business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Three years of user acceptance testing (UAT) experience.
- Experience with QNXT, including testing configurations for fee schedules, benefits, and contracts.
- Experience documenting test cases and user stories in alignment with business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally across disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across and beyond the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and system testing.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) or Jira for managing test cases and tracking issues preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands and respond to rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn new software programs.
- Knowledge of Texas Medicaid, National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), the Uniformed Managed Care Contract, and the Uniform Managed Care Manual.
