Kinly is seeking a Senior AV Event Technician to lead event and video conferencing operations and technical support across all event spaces. The role requires efficient diagnosing and troubleshooting skills, and experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Yamaha digital audio desks.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom communication platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working experience and knowledge of Windows operating system (10 or 11) and O365 applications
- Working experience and knowledge of Yamaha digital audio desks
- Experience using a helpdesk ticketing solution (ServiceNow, Remedy, Helix, etc.)
- CTS certified
