Senior AWS Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer

Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to support the technology group for a federal client in Washington, DC. The role involves performing tasks related to application migration, implementation, maintenance of AWS Cloud environments, and full SDLC support. The position supports a federal contract with a U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status, as well as the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Requirements

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Use IaC tools like CloudFormation and provision infrastructure.
• Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and run them on Amazon ECS.
• Design and implement load balancing using AWS Application Load Balancer and Network Load Balancer.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Git Actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate technical designs.
