As a Senior Benefits Administrator, you will assist in administering, designing, and communicating the company's global benefits program, researching market data, and participating in the collection and review of benchmarking information to support employee satisfaction and well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or 5-6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Previous experience in a retirement and/or health and welfare administration role
- Demonstrated knowledge of and prior experience working with HRIS systems, specifically SAP
- Knowledge of ServiceNow case management software
