- 5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow
- 2+ years of experiecne in a ServiceNow HRSD
- 5+ years of experience in a business analysis area
- 2+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
- Certification a field of Business Analysis (Recommended)
