Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow

Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD, responsible for analysis and support for ServiceNow HRSD, working independently on tasks with up to high complexity, gathering and analyzing requirements from internal customers, and maintaining documentation and outputs for assigned parts of software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis area
• 2+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment
• Certification in a field of Business Analysis (recommended)
• Training/mentor skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
