Senior Business Analyst

Edgewater Federal Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to identify test cases for automation from existing test case documentation. The role will be conducted onsite in Washington, DC. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for creating, enhancing, debugging, and executing test cases, as well as participating in walkthroughs of testing procedures and preparing reports related to software testing.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience consulting or industry experience in business reengineering or strategic initiative.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field; degree may be substituted with the equivalent years of professional experience.
• At least five years of experience in leading implementation of the ITIL best practices at the operational level, and business process reengineering experience for incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management.
• At least one year of experience with Microsoft 365.
• At least three years of leading requirements discovery and management.
• At least four years of lifecycle documentation.
• At least four years of experience with the following technology
• Active Directory, Okta, and Entra AD
• C, C++, perl, python, UNIX (RedHat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu), Apache
• DB2, Oracle, Postgress, and SQL Server
• HTML, XML, XSLT
• Microsoft PowerBI, Azure PowerPlatform
