Senior Business Analysts – ITSM (12 Month Contract) required to provide comprehensive, end-to-end business analysis services across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of business analysis experience in IT environments, including at least 3 years focused on ITSM-related initiatives
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platform implementations
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, CMDB)
- ServiceNow implementation experience or micro-certifications are strong assets
- Experience with software/system replacement projects in complex enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Waterfall; Agile experience is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree with formal business analyst training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business/technical requirements
- Demonstrated success in translating requirements into clear, testable specifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment using a structured, methodical approach
