This role involves leading less complex teams, specializing in ServiceNow offerings, and translating business requirements into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong ITAM background and be a contributor to leading best practices within ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- Industry domain expertise in implementing ITAM solutions in ServiceNow with a focus on Hardware, Software and Enterprise Asset Management
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
