Google's Business Systems Integration team focuses on optimizing IT processes and delivering solutions that are reliable and scalable. The Senior Business Systems Analyst Manager (Googler Technology) is responsible for driving roadmaps, defining business problems, and collaborating with stakeholders. They work across both Google's internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in owning full system implementation lifecycles.
- 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional technical teams and leading programs.
- Experience delivering global ITSM platform implementation on ServiceNow.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to IT operations.
- Excellent stakeholder Management and communication skills.
