This is a full-time Senior ServiceNow Consultant position focusing on developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have prior ServiceNow experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include developing ITSM modules, supporting developers, implementing ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring high quality development practices.

Requirements

  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
  • Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes

Requirements Summary

3+ years of ServiceNow experience required. Knowledge of web technologies and ITM processes is crucial. Solid implementation/development experience with minimal module creation
