ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Change Manager to support the enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of its Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework. The successful candidate will design and execute change strategies to ensure alignment with overall business priorities and drive engagement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change management
- Proven experience supporting enterprise OKR programs or similar performance management systems
- Deep understanding of the OKR framework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure change impact
- Change management certification is preferred but not required
