Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in complex managed services delivery, customer success, and/or account management in the software product or IT services industry
- 2+ years as or working closely with Cloud Tech Leads and/or SAS Administrators in support of hosted and remote Cloud customers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline
