Capco is seeking a Senior Command Center/Incident Manager in Banking Domain to monitor, manage, and support their IT infrastructure. This role operates 24x7 and is a first line of defense for incident response, proactive performance optimization, and timely issue resolution. The role involves real-time monitoring, incident management, event correlation, communication, and collaboration within a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

  • Monitor enterprise infrastructure, applications, and services.
  • Detect and respond to system alerts, outages, and degradations.
  • Log incidents, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate to appropriate teams.
  • Analyze system and application events to identify trends and potential threats.
  • Act as a central communication point for major incidents.
  • Runbooks and SOPs to maintain knowledge base.
  • Automation & Tooling Support.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in related field. Experience in incident management, SOC, or similar roles. Strong analytical & communication skills
