This role operates 24x7 and is a first line of defense for incident response, proactive performance optimization, and timely issue resolution. The role involves real-time monitoring, incident management, event correlation, communication, and collaboration within a high-pressure environment.
Requirements
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Detect and respond to system alerts, outages, and degradations.
- Log incidents, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate to appropriate teams.
- Analyze system and application events to identify trends and potential threats.
- Act as a central communication point for major incidents.
- Runbooks and SOPs to maintain knowledge base.
