As a Senior Consultant HR Transformation and Technology, you will accompany our mandate holders on their journey from technology implementation to the implementation of strategic organizational development and develop innovative solutions that consider both people and business.
Requirements
- Studies: Successfully completed studies in economics, psychology, ideally in an IT-related field or a comparable course of study.
- Experience: First professional experience in HR consulting or in HR projects, ideally with a focus on digital transformation desirable.
- Technologies: Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow etc.) and HR technologies an advantage.
- Methods: Experience in the application of project management methods and agile working methods.
- Personality: Outstanding analytical skills, high social competence, enthusiasm for new technologies, and a strong customer orientation.
