Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field.
- First professional experience in HR consulting or HR projects, ideally with a focus on digital transformation.
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, etc.) and HR technologies.
- Experience in project management methods and agile working methods.
- Developed analytical skills, high social competence, enthusiasm for new technologies, and a strong customer orientation.
