We are looking for a Senior Consultant HR Transformation and Technology to join our HR Transformation & Technology team within our People Consulting. The ideal candidate will work with clients to implement technology and develop strategic plans for the organization's future.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree in business economics, psychology, or a comparable field.
- First professional experience in HR consulting or HR projects, preferably with a focus on digital transformation.
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, etc.) and HR technologies is beneficial.
