Senior Consultant ServiceNow - People Consulting

As a Senior Consultant ServiceNow - People Consulting, you will advise clients on digital transformation of HR processes, develop customized digital solutions, and support Go-to-Market and Business Development activities.

Requirements

• ideally have worked on projects with ServiceNow HRSD
• familiar with challenges and solutions of ServiceNow HRSD or interested in doing so
• have an entrepreneurial mindset, empathy, and clear goal-setting
• good verbal and written communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
• ability to plan and moderate workshops, conduct meetings with stakeholders, and accompany project phases
• knowledge of HR-IT architecture and process and integration requirements
• agile mindset
• curiosity and ability to think in opportunities
• team-oriented and ability to work in a diverse team
