We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our HR Technology team within our People Consulting division. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with our clients across Germany to provide advice on all aspects of digital transformation of HR processes.
Requirements
- Practical experience with ServiceNow HRSD and its challenges and solutions
- Process understanding and experience in defining and implementing process and integration requirements within an HR-IT architecture
- Analytical thinking with empathy and clear goals
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
