Deloitte is seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead functional engagements, design scalable solutions, and develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine. The role requires strong client-facing skills, technical acumen, and a strategic mindset to drive platform adoption and innovation. The ideal candidate will be excited by the challenge of solving complex business problems and shaping the future of the region.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Support agile teams in ServiceNow-related activities
• Assist in designing, coding, configuring, unit testing, maintaining, and documenting software deliverables
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, REST APIs, and Service Portal customization
• Write efficient and maintainable code under guidance
• Basic understanding of system integration with ServiceNow using ODBC, REST, SOAP, and LDAP
• Proficient in JavaScript programming
• Exposure to various ServiceNow modules with some experience in implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5.5 to 8 years of experience

• Certification: Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
• Certification: Certified Application Developer(CAD) - Preferred
