As a Senior Consultant specializing in ServiceNow, your role will be pivotal in driving significant enhancements and innovations to our platform, thereby empowering our Canadian firm's operations. You will be operating within a highly collaborative setting, utilizing specialized tools that facilitate seamless virtual interaction across diverse locations and time zones.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews/documentation while applying detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution.
- Experience with ServiceNow Configurations for at least 3-4 large/complex application development projects end to end.
- Experience with at least 1 of following areas of the ServiceNow platform: ITSM (IT Service Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), ITAM (IT Asset Management), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Virtual Agent, NowAssisst.
- The ability and willingness to be hands-on with the platform as necessary to ensure group success.
- Experience in Agile methodology (SAFe/Scrum) and working with global teams.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is a must.
