ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Legal – M&A to help evaluate, structure, negotiate, and successfully close M&A transactions and strategic investments. The ideal candidate has significant M&A deal experience, exceptional judgment, negotiation, communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide clear, practical guidance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Drive the successful execution of M&A transactions and strategic investments
• Lead and/or assist in legal due diligence
• Draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents
• Provide clear, practical, and timely legal guidance across the deal lifecycle
• Ensure coordinated, efficient deal execution
• Support post-closing activities when needed
