This full-time role is for a ServiceNow GDN Consultant responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support customer service and team work, along with experience implementing ServiceNow modules and supporting developers. The role involves continuous improvement and contributing to the global ServiceNow implementation.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
 - Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
 - ServiceNow Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON
 - Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
 - Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with a minimum of 3 full cycle implementations
 - Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
 - Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
 - Knowledge of global ServiceNow team
 - Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
