Senior Data Scientist - IT Infrastructure

RBC's Intelligent Operation team is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to develop AI-driven solutions that enhance and optimize IT operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying data science models that solve complex challenges in the IT domain.

• Must-Have: Over two years of hands-on experience developing data science and machine learning solutions.
• Must-Have: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Must-Have: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
• Must-Have: Hands-on experience with big data tools such as Spark and Hadoop.
• Must-Have: Deep understanding of ML/AI algorithms, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and graph analytics.
• Must-Have: Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Must-Have: Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS for ML model deployment and data infrastructure.
• Must-Have: Strong ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with networking, system administration, and storage.
• Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of ServiceNow and IT service management processes.
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with AIOps platforms (e.g., Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk) or observability tools.
