Senior Data Support Engineer

N-iX is looking for a Senior Data Support Engineer to join the team, supporting a leading school transportation solutions provider in North America.

Requirements

• Provide support in production environments in all data and analytics environments
• Plan, test, and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches
• Create, handle, and monitor all data and analytics pipelines; resolve all pipeline failure
• Build, update, and run scripts in all Data Transformation tooling; troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix errors related to data ingestion
• Oversee development and modification efforts in all Client’s warehouse environments
• Install, configure, and provide support after implementation
