NiCE is seeking a Senior Dedicated Support Engineer to deliver proactive and reactive support to large enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor and technical liaison. The role focuses on incident management, change control, compliance, and governance within a managed services environment. This is a role requiring daily interaction with customers and a blend of troubleshooting, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Requirements
