Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Desktop Technician to join their IT team. This role focuses on delivering a seamless end-user computing experience across a hybrid environment, combining troubleshooting, ServiceNow administration, and mentorship. The ideal candidate will be passionate about operational excellence and user satisfaction, contributing to the advancement of the company's technology.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support or end-user computing roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Hybrid Active Directory / Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and applications.
  • Experience managing endpoints through Intune and JAMF.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating user guides or documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and macOS.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft 365, or Azure Fundamentals) is preferred

Requirements Summary

3+ years' experience in desktop support, strong skills with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, & Intune. ServiceNow admin knowledge & excellent communication are required. IT certs preferred
