Senior Developer ServiceNow position requires 5-12 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations, good experience with ITOM and Service Portal, and knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, and SSL.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-15 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations
- Good experience with ServiceNow ITOM and Service Portal
- Experience in Web Services, APIs, Database-level integrations
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies
- Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality
- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Understand the full application lifecycle
- ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS ITSM/Discovery
