Senior DevOps Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to join our Global Payments Platform and DevOps team in Technology & Operations at the Royal Bank of Canada. The successful candidate will collaborate with peers to develop code, troubleshoot, and enhance components, and contribute to the deployment and scaling of microservices. The team is responsible for improving the efficiency and reliability of our existing CI/CD pipelines and integrating new tools or optimizing existing workflows.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, as well as Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience in a variety of SRE languages and tools (Terraform, Ansible Dynatrace, ServiceNow, GitHub, Slack, Elastic, Kibana)
• Intermediate knowledge of industry practices, with a focus on DevOps
