Senior IT Procurement Analyst

illumin is a rapidly growing company transforming the advertising landscape with a platform that offers integrated journey planning, execution, and reporting. They are seeking a Senior IT Procurement Analyst to lead procurement efforts across departments, develop procurement strategies, and drive cost efficiencies. This is a full-time, hybrid position in Toronto, working on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

• Experience in high-value procurement with a focus on IT, preferably in a multi-departmental or enterprise-level company
• Proven negotiation track record and ability to lead complex discussions
• Expertise in optimizing procurement processes and driving efficiency
• Comfortable with various procurement tools and platforms, including ServiceNow
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Insights into the services and support needed with hardware installation or software implementation
• Ability to negotiate group licensing agreements and reduce purchase price
