Senior Director, Partner Excellence Group EMEA

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director of Partner Excellence Group – EMEA Hub Leader to drive partner enablement, value realization, and partner success in the EMEA region. This role is critical for ensuring partners are fully engaged and delivering significant value to ServiceNow's customers. The position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate global strategy into localized execution plans. The Director will lead a team focused on fostering strong partnerships and achieving desired outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior leadership in partner ecosystem management
• Proven expertise in partner programs, incentives, enablement, events, communications, and value realization
• 5+ years of experience working with consultants and services integrators
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder influence
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to guide decision-making
