Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience within recruitment and/or HR functions
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Demonstrated experience building scalable recruiting systems and developing TA organizations into strategic business partners
