We're looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Infrastructure Technology team and lead the analysis, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow ITOM platform focused on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Experience with ServiceNow, BigFix, or other environmental discovery tools
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and principles, ServiceNow's Common Services Data Model (CSDM), and data normalization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
