As a Senior Engineer, IT Deskside and Lab Support, you will provide hands-on IT support for laboratory environments and general office settings. You will work closely with laboratory staff and global IT teams to ensure efficient IT operations, compliance, and adoption of best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with working in a controlled environment, preferably a GxP environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on laboratory or technical environments with knowledge of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and remote support.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with global stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with IT security standards, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements such as GLP and GDPR.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
