As a Senior Engineer-Microsoft Azure, ITSM, ServiceNow, you will be accountable for managing IOP related incidents and troubleshooting complex technical problems. You will provide post-sales and implementation architecture and engineering services for managed services customers, lead the implementation of solutioned services, and collaborate with team members to drive innovation and ongoing service improvements.
Requirements
- 6-9 Years of professional Platform integration engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in developing and administering solutions within Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience with system integration, technical process workflows, and associated technologies
- Experience using Azure to facilitate data communication between systems
- Experience with Service Now and similar ITSM IT Service Management solutions
- Managed Services provider experience working in customer facing roles
- Azure certifications (Foundations, Administrator, Developer)
