Requirements

• 7+ years in UX strategy, service design, or experience architecture
• Proven experience facilitating design workshops and translating research into actionable strategies
• Strong understanding of AI and automation trends
• Deep understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and platform thinking
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with now platform (CSA, App Dev, UX Designer)
• Design Thinking Certification or demonstrated experience
