INSEAD is seeking a Service Help Desk Executive to join its Operations and Campus Services Department. This full-time, permanent position is based in Singapore, requiring on-site work and a wide range of services including facility management, catering, housing, and security. The role focuses on providing a welcoming and professional experience for students, staff, and guests. The Executive will manage visitors, handle routine inquiries, coordinate events, manage rooms, and maintain assets.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder and above
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the service industry
  • Experience working in a coordination function
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • Knowledge of building facilities or data analysis (PivotTable, PowerPivot/BI a plus)

Requirements Summary

Diploma or higher, 2+ years service industry experience, and familiarity with MS Office. Excellent English skills & knowledge of facilities/data analysis are needed
