This full-time ServiceNow CMDB Manager role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and consistency of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role involves overseeing data governance, defining configuration management systems, supervising mapping and discovery, and improving incident and problem management. The ideal candidate will enhance IT infrastructure alignment with business goals and improve asset utilization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in managing a CMDB in ServiceNow.
- Experience building CMDB in the technology industry or within technical groups.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration management and Service Mapping.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data management principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
