We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and proactive Senior HR Business Partner Manager to support our operations in the Netherlands and Belgium. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, delivering expert HR guidance and ensuring alignment between the people strategy and the broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HRBP or generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and Belgian labour law, employment practices, and HR compliance.
- Fluent in English. Dutch & French is a plus.
- Experience supporting Go-To-Market commercial sales teams is preferred
