Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting Management/Marketing)
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, and support
- Proven ability to consult with business stakeholders on system design and enhancements
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English with great communication and collaboration skills
