Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Surescripts serves the nation through simpler, trusted health intelligence sharing, in order to increase patient safety, lower costs and ensure quality care. The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will ensure the optimal implementation of Surescripts’ technology infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Infrastructure Engineering role
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, information sciences or related field or equivalent experience
• Technical knowledge of server operating systems (RHEL, RockyOS, Windows)
• Automation experience with common Automation/orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Hands-on Public cloud implementation / administration (GCP)
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving & analytical thinking
• Experience with Virtualization and hypervisor management (VMware vSphere / ESXi / OLVM / KVM)
• Experience working in Google Cloud Platform with Bare Metal Servers
• Experience provisioning storage in both public and private clouds
• Experience in high uptime environments (four-nines)
• Experience with Surescripts’ software
• Knowledge of ServiceNow & ITIL methodologies
• Experience with HIPAA compliance requirements
