We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Integration Support Engineer to join our Integration Delivery Team. As a key contributor, you will develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs and elevate user experiences.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Integration Support Engineer.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange formats (e.g., XML, JSON).
- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite or similar integration platforms.
- Proficiency in REST APIs and Graph APIs for integration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SAP CALM.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience or exposure to RPA tools and process automation concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and patterns.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL) and web services (e.g. REST, SOAP).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Github).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Previous experience in IT support or application support roles.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM practices and their application in support environments.
