SGS is seeking a Senior IT Application Engineer to support and maintain internal applications across various corporate functions. The role ensures the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of in-house applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and application support.
- Strong expertise in.NET Core,.NET Framework, Angular, Xamarin, and WCF.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and change management.
- Proficiency in database management (SQL Server or similar relational databases).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
