The Senior IT Application Specialist role is a key position in the operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance, responsible for customizing, configuring, and maintaining the platform.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline
- At least 4 years’ experience in implementation/customisation and administration of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
- Strong experience in application development and support in a Global Shared Services set up
