Senior IT Asset Analyst

Pacific Life Re seeks a Senior IT Asset Analyst to develop a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) Program. The role requires experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and related functions covering the asset life cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software and Hardware Asset Management experience
• Knowledge of license models and usage rules for software publishers
• Understanding of IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience using SAM solutions like Flexera, ServiceNow, Aspera, etc.
• Proficiency with ITSM system ServiceNow
• Familiarity with End Point Management and inventory tools like SCCM, InTune, UEM, etc.
• Moderate to advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerBi, and similar tools
• Ability to analyze complex software entitlement and usage data and present results to business leaders
• Experience working in a Managed Services environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing a SAM tool and practice
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Effective collaboration and communication skills aimed at delivering a positive customer experience
• Proven history in integrating Quality Assurance concepts into ITAM programs
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence individuals at all levels in a matrixed management environment
