Senior IT Service Management Platform Engineer

FlexTrade Systems is seeking a Senior IT Service Management Platform Engineer to lead the implementation, management, and architectural design of ITSM and ITOM tools and processes, with an emphasis on ServiceNow and monitoring platform administration and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience, including configuration, integration, and platform optimization.
• 2-3 years in a lead or management role overseeing ITSM platform teams and initiatives.
• 6+ years of ITSM experience (FinTech preferred), with a strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
• Proven expertise in ITSM and ITOM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), with practical experience designing and implementing ITSM architectures.
• Demonstrated management, leadership, and team development skills within an ITSM context.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Extensive experience with Lansweeper, SolarWinds, OpsRamp, and certificate management.
