This position is for a ServiceNow Consultant responsible for implementing and transforming ServiceNow applications. The role requires a track record of managing complex ITSM tools and being coachable. Candidates should be able to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment, and have strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Strong experience with ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Experience with agile methodology for ServiceNow application implementation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
