This Senior-KDNI position focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects, partnering with ServiceNow Consultant, scrum methodology, and customer-driven solutions. The role involves technical design, automation, and proactive development of ServiceNow applications for clients, potentially encompassing solutions architecting and innovation.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements, managed services).
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform.
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation.
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment.
- Experience with agile methodology in an ITIL-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines.
- Knowledge of integration frameworks in ServiceNow.
- Ability to participate in strategic initiatives and foster team development
