Senior-KDNI

This is a full-time position for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant focusing on ServiceNow Implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing complex ITSM tool deployments and strong communication skills, as well as being capable of working under pressure and adopting agile methodology. They will be responsible for designing technical solutions, designing solutions, fostering high-performance teams, and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
• Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform
• Awareness of best development practices during implementation
• Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
• Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
• Understanding of agile methodology
